“Super convenient to the airport and Starbucks”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. I needed to iron a shirt but the ironing board cover was torn up and held on to the board by a small strip of duct tape. There was mold in...

“Every thing was great”

“The bad part about my stay was that the stairs are on the outside of the building. It was pouring down rain when I arrived. The man in the kiosk at the front desk told me my room was on the 2nd floor but told me the wrong building. So after dragging my bag upstairs in the rain, I had to turn around and go back downstairs in the rain walk to the next building outside in the rain and upstairs to the 2nd floor again. I was drenched and exhausted.”

“The checkin and checkout process was great because the staff was friendly. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and needs attention. The was no way to plug the bathtub.”

“The initial room smelled strongly of marijuana. They did need up switching us. The hotel is very worn with patches on the walls and carpet falling apart. The doors are glued together as they’ve stopped working. The shower had been repaired with think paint of a different color. The room had not been vaccuumed. The window had mold/mildew growing on it. For a quick stay, it worked. It was right off the interstate and convenient.”

“If I could leave negative stars I would. It was a disaster from the moment we checked in. Walked to the room and it was a king room and sofa bed. Booked a double queen room. Was told the GM made the change due to water damage. We were basically told to deal with it or go somewhere else. In the middle of the stay at 6pm on a Saturday the shift “supervisor” says he has to close the pool with a whole softball team swimming, he just ran off a baseball team, to “do a routine clean” of the pool. “The hallways were sketchy with people outside sitting and smoking and drinking. One elevator didn’t work and they had a water line break so no hot water until next morning. The room was very clean and the person who checked me in was super nice the one who checked me out…eh…not so much. I would stay again because the price was right as long as the water worked”

“Quick overnight in town. Clean room & bathroom. AC worked in the room. Hallways were a little stuffy, but that's alright.”

“The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan”
