“Pillows were very thick for sleeping but good for sitting up to watch tv. So those with neck issues, I recommend bringing your own pillow. Bed was very comfy. Room and bathroom was very clean. Free shuttle was perfect for a hot day to get down to the port and shopping. Internet was not great and only included basic plus fee, however you could watch YouTube and Netflix etc on the tv.
