“We do not recommend this hotel. The overall vibe is creepy meets dated meets dirty. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new, larger room. But the bathroom in the second room had a terrible mildew smell. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the furniture and bedding is extremely low quality/uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was not edible. The server was nice, but seemed apologetic about the quality of the food.”

“Room given to us was handicapped room, shower was hand held and difficult to use, sprayed water over the shower curtain and onto bathroom floor. Breakfast buffet was supposed to run from 6 to 10:00 a.m. The cook didn’t show up until around 7:00, food was available around 7:20 making it hard to meet our morning schedule. Staff seemed indifferent to customers”

“Staff, especially Terrance, Brittany, and Issa, were exceptional! Their kindness and professionalism were extremely helpful!! Also, a big shout out to the housekeepers-the rooms and other spaces were spectacular!! Sadly it rained most of our trip and we could not enjoy the outdoor pool. The ducks did tho!”
