“Truly an awesome experience. The small restaurant hit the spot after check in . Wonderful staff!!”

“The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.”

“No soap in room and no hair dryer. Mobility accessible room was bare bones.”

“The place was very nice and relaxing. The gentleman who owns the place is definitely a gentleman. He brought my heavy baggage downstairs to my car. What a nice man. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.”

“Very disappointed in the condition of the room. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was one ice machine for three floors, and it was broken so the staff tried to compensate with bags of ice if needed. These days no frills is expected but this was beyond. They charged us two different type of fees plus $4.72 per day to park. This was not expected from an Expedia booking.
