“No breakfast was served on Saturday morning when we asked the front desk they said no breakfast because the employee called off. Really disappointed. On my last trip here it rained and moisture got inside the window ledge which has been happening for a while because the curtains had mold in them . They never issued me a credit or called back when I asked they said we can’t give you a credit because you booked on a 3rd party . The cleaning has gone down and service is a hit and missed. “Staff: Very helpful. I wish I could remember this young gentlemen's name that check me in and out the next morning. He was so helpful called me by name and ask me to come back. The lady in the breakfast dine hall was helpful not only to me but I watched her help an elderly man. Food was fresh and hot. As I was leaving the housekeeping spoke to me with a smile. Room: was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and plenty of water power. AC worked great too.”
