“After checking in and finding the light was out in the entrance hallway, the staff dealt with it right away. The thing that was disconcerting was, we found a dirty pair of black men’s underwear on the floor near the dresser other than that the room was very clean, the staff very nice and helpful. I realize things can get over looked but underwear on the floor is a bit much. However, to be fair, it took me a while before I saw them.”
