“Good location, breakfast fine, but the room was not very clean. Brought it to the attention of the front desk staff but housekeeping did nothing. ”

“The pictures online didn't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated for Fall and Halloween. Nice restaurant on-site, a really nice gym, a lovely sitting room with a fire and outdoor seating with firepit out front. Breakfast left a little to be desired- the pre-made omelets were cold but, overall, lovely and comfortable.”

“Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. They serve a fine breakfast and room was extra clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Hotel...

“The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved that the pool was actually heated and didn't just say it was lol! It was very clean and close to the beach it is also right by Acme grocery store and fast food places.”

“This hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The location was perfect, with private parking and direct access to the beach. They even have beach chairs to use, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was there is not a ton insulation in the floors and walls. We were next to the stairs and could clearly hear people talking and walking up and down. We could also hear the neighbors above us walking in early...
