“My husband and I have stayed here on several occasions. For early morning appointments at the U of I hospital. The staff is always very friendly. The rooms are excellent. Very clean. And the hotel is always quiet.”

“Easy check in, nice room. Large pool and hot tub. Nice free breakfast. Always had a good smell when walking in! Staff was really friendly.”

“Era indicato "zona Università" ma era piuttosto distante. Siamo una famiglia con tre figli ma, oltre ai due letti queen non c'era il divano letto. AVRESTE DOVUTO COMUNICARCELO CHIARAMENTE: in altri hotel prenotati con voi per 5 persone c'era il divano letto. Colazione un po' scarsa in quantità e qualità. Nota positiva: piscina attrezzata con asciugamani.”

“We had dirty linens and toilet in our first room and I called the service desk and the manager got us a new room and even ran new room keys up to us. She was very apologetic and dealt with the issue immediately. Excellent customer service 😊👍”

“Just stayed for a night but the woman working the front desk was super sweet and the room was clean and comfortable. ”

“Great desk clerk! Very friendly and efficient. My bad mood caused by hours of driving in the rain at night went away when I was greeted warmly by the desk staff. ”

“This was a great hotel to stay at! The woman at the front desk when we checked in was so nice and so helpful. I didn’t get a name but she had piercings, a short haircut, and a couple tattoos. We came back after midnight from getting food and we asked for some pillows and blankets and she gave them to us no problem super quick. ”

“Everything was fine. The hallway needed to be vacuumed. Our room was very comfortable. I came down for breakfast on Saturday at 9:30. There was still a lot of people coming in. The food needed to be replenished.”

“Very nice facility. Could use new flooring. The carpet looks pretty worn. Could also use one more chair in the room. Great breakfast selections. ”
