“I stayed here with my family, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Later that evening, I decided to try the restaurant after noticing how great the food smelled. The presentation was nice and the food itself was good.

“The waterpark area smells horrible!!! There was a pungent smell of mold leading up to the waterpark. The bottom of the wall behind the siding by the hot tub was exposed showing lots of green and black mold.
On top of that I busted my ankle on a piece broken hanging from under a bed and when I told them and showed them pictures they didn't care at all or even address it. My coffee maker had so much caked up dirt inside of it they had to bring me a new one. There were pretzels on the floor out in...

“Rooms were great - nice size. Some were recently repainted it seemed. Hotel was spacious with a good indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast staff was friendly but the breakfast could have had a little more variety. All in all a great stay. ”
