“We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! Carrie the host was so easy to communicate with and she checked us via text a few times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The house is about a 10 minute walk to private beach. House very clean and well stocked with basic necessities including towels, linens and paper products. We really love the location being so close to the town of new Buffalo but if we would need anything from the city, it’s only 10 minutes from Michigan...

“This was our first time to Three Oaks and we loved it! Such a cute little town with everything walkable. I have spent lots of time in New Buffalo and it’s great but has gotten so expensive! Three Oaks is only 7 miles away so we easily spent all day Saturday New Buffalo. The property is nicely updated and was very clean. Unfortunately there was a problem with the gas and there was no hot water starting Saturday morning. The host did a great job communicating with me about the issue and it wasn’t...

“Very nice home! We loved that there were trash bags, coffee & filters, and saran wrap/etc. for us. Chris greeted us when we got there and gave us a short tour of house and sauna/cold plunge. He was very available in case we had any questions/concerns. Nice area, very close to beach & Warren Dunes.”

“Fabulous place with tons of room, separate almost “wings” for the people staying there, fabulous pool set up, multiple seating spaces inside and out, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms throughout. Host was extremely responsive to the couple of inquiries or issues we had. Great place with gorgeous spot on the lake and incredible sunsets. Recommend highly.”

“We had an amazing stay at The Fourth Oak! We've stayed at several places in Three Oaks and this home was by far our favorite. Beautiful home, clean, great amenities, great communication with the host and easy check in & out. Can't beat the location and pet friendly was a huge plus for us. We will definitely book again!”

The beach was beautiful and close by. You do access it via a large stairway which is typical in this area but may be surprising if you are unaware.Would absolutely stay here again!”

“The house couldn’t have been better for our stay in New Buffalo! It is a quaint residence, just blocks from everything- waterfront, coffee, and restaurants. Everything about the house, and provided amenities made us feel right at home. Comfy beds, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful outdoor spaces, and starter supplies. The house was quiet and immaculate. If you’re in the area, you definitely need to stay here!! ”
