“The hotel was insanely loud. Loud banging throughout the night that almost sounded like construction, yelling, doors slamming, car alarms going off throughout the night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sofa in the room had multiple dark stains all over it. The room did not look like it had been wiped down at all. “Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season.
Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not...

“The sheets, towels, and the suite was dirty. We found several hairs and other small debris in our bed sheets. The 3 person max elevator is completely outdated and does not properly operate. The whole building we stayed in had an odd smell. The breakfast was not great. We were also charged $20 per night per vehicle for parking and we were not made aware of this charge until after we checked in. We paid $204.15 for 3 nights of parking & resort fee. Would not recommend staying here.”

“We loved the beer garden even though it needs a few extra fire pits. The mattresses need to be replaced ( to old) and shower head needs to be lower or be adjustable
