Hotel a Costa Sud

“The room we upgraded to was really nice with great amenities. The front desk person was very friendly and offered us a decent price to upgrade our room. Our experience at the one of bars/restaurant was less than impressive, though. The bartender seemed entirely unenthusiastic about being there and it showed in his service. However, I’m finding bad service all over the Lake Tahoe area to be the norm now. All things considered we would stay here again because of the location when we want to enjoy...

“the room was big and clean. the air conditioning didn't seem to be working very well. it was hot at night and got more of a breeze with the window opened. it's very convenient and close to everything. the bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows weren't great”

“I loved the nice, clean bathroom the most. However, the shower curtain in the unit we stayed in allows water to permeate it onto the floor, creating a mess.”

The breakfast food is mediocre at best and is not included in the room price, and both days that I was there I had to wait a long time for it to be ready. My room had no dresser or chest of drawers, which I had never experienced in an American motel. This is supposed to be a three star...

“Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei! Doppelbetten gebucht und Küche, bekommen haben wir ein Doppelbett und ein furchtbares Klappbett, welches dann für einen völlig überfüllten Raum gesorgt hat. Die Küche bestand aus einer mobilen Herdplatte, die nur halbwegs funktioniert hat. In der Lobby war gegen 19:45 keiner mehr, alles wurde über eine Ringkamera geklärt. Auf unsere Nachfrage bzg eines Zimmerwechsels wurde seitens der Unterkunft nicht reagiert. Sehr schade und für das Gebotene völlig überteuert.”
