“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. We stayed just one night but could easily have spent more time at the hotel and exploring the area.”

“The hotel is in a very good position for starting to travel around the Monter Fuji and Ashi lake. Really near the train station. Hakone is not a good city for fun but it's perfect for relaxing the last days of your travel (2 days max). To see the Monte Fuji is enchanting.”

“There were areas where you can access for different occasions, such as cafés, onsen, and relaxing library lounge. The library lounge was one of the unique places. It had a bungalow space where you could lean back and chill. Also, there were a big audio device where you could listen to music and relax. The best part though, was that they opened the cafés till 22 o'clock and the onsen till midnight! ”

“We are from Los Angeles and are here for a family get away with our 7 year old. It has truly been an amazing experience!! All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English. Room is spacious and super comfortable. I appreciate their attention to details and thoughtfulness! They even went above and beyond in getting a pair of super cute small crocs (for the onsen experience) and kid's...

"Struttura molto bella , camere spaziose e pulite . Personale poco disponibile , abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di 3 ore a causa del tifone ,ovviamente pagando , e hanno rifiutato nonostante avessero camere disponibili. Alle 10 abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera nonostante fossimo anche con un bambino . "
