“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“This hotel booking included half board. We requested our special needs and we were extremely happy with the meal preparation and presentation. The public bath/onsen was good and so was the private onsen in the room. The transportation was timely and staff even helped us to load and unload our luggage. Overall very happy with stay and will recommend this hotel to the guests who want to experience upscale japanese hotel experience.”

Infatti l’accoglienza era media, abbiamo dovuto discutere per farci anche fare una sola modifica al menù fisso, in quanto non mangiamo la carne. “自分で初めて計画立てての旅行だったので正直すごく不安でしたが、ホテルの方がとても親切に接客してくださり安心して1泊2日を楽しめました。 あらかじめ予約していたお部屋から数千円ほどでより良いお部屋にアップグレードできるというご提案やどんな感じのお部屋なのか丁寧に教えてくださったりととても感じがよくありがたかったです。 レストランもお皿が空いたらすぐにホールの方がお皿を下げてくれたりと周りをとても見られていて楽しく食事もできました。 次回箱根に泊まる時はぜひまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。”
