“Hotel vecchio, arredi vecchi e sporchi. Colazione molto scarsa. Pulizie solo su richiesta e non comunicate al check in. Percezione di scarsa sicurezza all’interno della struttura ”

“I love staying at this hotel. All of the employees are friendly and good at their jobs, the room is spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfast is nicely stocked and taken care of and the location is good for my needs. I will return again and again.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The bathroom door was hard to close and not updated The tub was dingy and not super clean. Sheets were clean but stained Staff was nice. It was a ok stay for the price. The area was nice, I felt safe and lots of restaurants and shopping and hospital is down the street ”
