“Nice place and great staff. No coffee maker or microwave in room, if you want to use a microwave or get a cup of coffee you must go down to the front desk.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“I got my room switched 2 times and each time was the same. There was hair in the tubs a weird smells in all the rooms and the refrigerator had water linking inside. I do appreciate the guy being patient and showing me other rooms but I will not be back there what so ever.”

“The pricing is great . The room was clean , the staff very nice and everything went smoothly. I will book again”
