“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Everything was great but no AC in room on second night and couldn’t receive a discount because i booked on hotels.com which kinda sucks. ”

“Great staff, very nice breakfast included. Coffee, tea and water are always available at the lobby. Very clean and comfortable room has all amenities needed. My only problem was a heavy walker in the room above me, but that's not something the hotel can do anything about. I'll stay there again, will just request a top floor room.”

“Upon arrival, the check in person was not welcoming-she had a gruff and robotic personality. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, tasty and nice variety. I liked that hot water was available all day along with tea packets and coffee. The hot tub was relaxing, but could be hotter. The room had usual complimentary items. Ice machine was handy. Room was quiet and safe location with nearby food options. We had dinner at Rice Paper which is close and...
