“The indoor pool and spa were the two reasons we chose this hotel for my wife’s birthday. We were notified the night before our stay that the pool was out of service for the weekend we were staying. That was ok because the spa was still something for my wife to look forward to. We called in advance for spa day passes and were told that we have buy them on site after checking in and wouldn’t be a problem . “This place is under renovation and hopefully these things will be addressed with the renovation, but the cleanliness in the pool area was an issue. On our stay, we found a clump of hair floating in the adult pool as well as a used bandaid at the edge of the pool (wet). The kids pool had some straw wrappers floating in it. The carpet in the hallways are pretty stained and gross. The staff was nice enough, but the walls are paper thin. To be determined if this will be addressed with the...

“Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Prezzi da 5 stelle con camere e servizi da 1 stella (ma peggio di un motel dove almeno trovi la colazione inclusa). Struttura vecchia, quasi fatiscente. No ascensore per le camere che non sono al piano terreno (difficolta' per i bagagli). Nel secondo giorno di permanenza (rientrati a tarda sera con la brutta sorpresa che nessuno avesse rifatto la camera). Sconsigliato”

“We loved everything about our visit from the great drive down the winding road to the delicious ice cold spring water! Our yurt was adorable, perfectly situated and cozy. We walked miles all weekend and enjoyed gorgeous snow. Excellent chef who made marvelous meals and the property manager Darcy was a joy to be around and a kind soul who embodied the peacefulness of the resort. ”
