“The room was very clean and as always with Hampton Inn breakfast was great with a variety of options. I didn’t get to use the pool are but am looking forward to my next visit to Galax.”

Safety bar in shower unreachable when entering shower. Need a bar on the other side. Can’t enter shower holding on because toilet in the way. A lot of up and down steps between floor. “The room was clean, it was quiet and the price was right. I had an upstairs room and when entering the hall I was having my doubts, but the room was nice.”

“Going through some renovations right now so it was a bit messy. The elevators stink. But if you’re just looking for a place to stay the night it’s great, I can deal with the temporary issues for a day. Once the renos are done hopefully it’ll be a nice place.”

“The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The coffee could have a stronger flavor choice. The room was small but sufficient. The TV had issues with dark screen and 2 white spots on it. It needed replacement/service. We weren’t there long enough to ask for another.”
