“Upon arriving at the property, we noticed and were notified about construction being done on the rental unit. We were offered 50% off the rental TOTAL if we decided to stay, a full refund, or to be transferred to another property. We agreed with the office to stay and take the 50% off. A day later we received an email as if the situation was new, saying only a flat $200 "gesture of goodwill" will be offered if we decided to stay. I wrote and called back saying the $200 is under the 50% of...

“The 2 bedroom apt was perfect size and fully furnished along with starter pack of essentials for cleaning needs. Broken fan and no window screens put a damper on the hot days and evenings that we were there. Buy bug spray for mosquitos. Need updated frying pans. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. ”

“Upon arriving it's visibly clean and organized but it had a wet smell like odor. Bed sheets, pillows, and towels smells like it's been used. I feel like it was washed without using soap on the washing machine. We did not use any of the pillows and blankets. We had to rewash the white bed sheets with our own soaps and cover the bed and couches with it. The house was nice but we werent comfortable with the linens at all. Highly disappointed for what we pay for.”

“It was easy to find during the day. It’s very classic all carpet if you’re sensitive to dust you might want to really look at pictures to see if it’s fit. It was perfect for my kids and I. The jacuzzi is amazing and w enjoyed how cozy it is here. ”

“We really enjoyed our time here! There was plenty of space and we loved how many bathrooms and bedrooms this unit had! The pool and hot tub were great and it was nice how many pool towels were provided. This unit had lots of space and easily accommodated our large family!”

“One of the few properties in the Banff\Canmore area to have a significant number of beds for larger parties. In total, there was 1x King, 2x Queen, Bunk Bed, and two sofa beds. As a whole the home was clean, modern, lots of sunlight. The balcony has a BBQ and fire pit with ample seating. The town of Canmore is a delightful small town, a pleasure to walk around, lots dining nearby, and conveniently only a half an hour from Banff, an hour from Lake Louise. "Excellent choice to stay at Tempo by Hilton, once in NYC! That hotel allows to be right in the centre of NYC (Times Square) with excellent transport connection (an exit of the Metro is out of the hotel right on the corner of the building). That was a serious plus. A variety of restaurants, bakeries, all sort of shops and many of the main attractions of NYC are within walking distance. The room was lovely: not big, but well done. It was clean. The view was simply amazing and at any time of the day and the night we loved sitting in the armchair right in front of the big window facing Times Square from the top of our 43rd floor. The bathroom was perfect. Spacious enough and the shower really big and comfortable. The only thing we missed was a proper wardrobe, but nothing to complain too much. "

"Hotel molto grande e comodo, posizione eccellente con accanto la subway e di fronte vari bus. Ristoranti di tutti i tipi e costi tutto intorno oltre un comodo bar all'interno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Anche la camera per tutta la famiglia molto comoda e pulita. Microonde e macchina del ghiaccio in comune nei piani. Ampia Palestra a disposizione. Lavori di ristrutturazione in corso ma che non danno problemi. Grazie mille Sheraton Times Square !!! "
