“I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. “The houseboat was super cute!! Two bedrooms, (small areas of course, but the full size beds were comfortable!), plus a loft area with a twin mattress. Fridge, range and microwave... we didn't use the oven but it was nice to have available. Pool area was clean, with a saltwater pool. Laundry area if you need it. Boat rentals available. We rented a pontoon boat for a day. Overall it was an amazing stay for our family!”

“My sister and I had a wonderful stay. It was a great location and we loved watching a couple seals frolic right next to the boat every evening. Know that it is a bit small and a bit cramped but with that said it was very clean and tidy, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable ”

“We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this charming and unique property in lively Charlestown. The location is excellent - walkable to downtown or to public transportation and also very easy to access by car. Parking is available at the marina, which is a huge plus! The website does not mention the price, but we found it to be reasonable. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier and communication was easy and efficient throughout. “Jenny,Chris, and their son were super friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed my stay. Jenny allowed me to check in early and add an extra night. The boat was spacious and comfortable for two people. The only critic is the boat could use some detailing (this is coming from my boat detailing Boyfriend). The boat was clean but with a good detailing it can be perfect thanks Jenny and Chris. ”

"L'Hotel è vicino alla metropolitana linea E 42st e molto comodo sia per il collegamento per JFK che per muoversi in città (8 min da Bryant Park). Camere spaziose e pulite con cucinino a diaposizione (anche se mai usato), frigorifero e microonde. La colazione è varia e abbondante e ogni mattina vengono fornite bottiglie di acqua a volontà x la giornata. Da migliorare servizio ascensori anche se, ad esser sinceri, non abbiamo mai aspettato più di 5 minuti anche nelle peak hours. Sicuramente lo consigliamo a chi vuole visitare NYC. Ottima soluzione con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."
