“Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. “Breakfast was great and enjoyed by both hubby and myself. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was absolutely great as I sleep very well w/room at 66 deg!The mattress was great and added to my great sleep. Will definitely book at this hotel again when next we are in the neighborhood”

“Definitely worth the stay because it was quiet, clean, and affordable. The staff made sure to put us with a hyper toddler over the laundry room so we wouldn’t disturb others by running/bouncing and she just did it- I didn’t even ask. My only disappointment was that the air conditioner was really loud and that caused some trouble for my toddler. It’s a window unit so not much to be done to cure that issue. We’re grateful for ease of our stay here and we recommend it to families.”
