“The people in this place seem like a homeless encampment. Clean room clean sheets. Refrigerator froze everything in it. One of the elevator caps took forever to show up on the first floor. I guess not terrible for this kind of money”

“I was fine with the hotel and the service however I booked Fairmont Inn and instead I was put in a Marriott courtyard which was right next door. The reason being was the elevator was out and our room was on the 4th floor. I couldn't walk up that many stairs as I have bad knees. I was very disappointed to have this happen.
