“The room was very spacious and clean. We had two queens and a trundle bed. It fit us perfectly. We had 4 adults and 2 kids.”

“The room smelled, likely because it was so humid in the room. I think the a/c was malfunctioning. The sheets smelled of stale smoke. My husband closed the bathroom door as he was leaving the room and it locked. Someone will have to go in and fix It. By the response from the front desk this has happened before The ladies who checked us in were very nice”

“I booked this particular hotel because it had an outdoor pool and it was close to Fort Jackson. Upon arriving, we found out the pool wasn't operating, yet I didn't see anyone working on it. I arrived on Tuesday, leaving Friday morning. I was there for my daughter's graduation from Fort Jackson boot camp. I learned Thursday afternoon that it was open. “Everything was wonderful absolutely no complaints.”

“First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful.”

“The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. “Hotel was new and still very clean. There’s fridge, free coffee and well equipped gym which was nice. Restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. The only two things that I don’t love is: 1. There’s only valet parking. With $30 charge/ day. No parking lots attached to the property. 2. The first room we were assigned to didn’t have hot shower. Upon calling front desk, we were told that the maintenance guy don’t work over the weekend and has already went home for the day. ( understandable...
