The sad part is they have their own parking garage and there’s plenty of room, so there’s literally no need to charge for parking except for overcharging customers for your room.. The staff was nice. “We always stay here every time we have to go to Austin for my daughters doctors appointments. It is honestly the best. Very calm and quiet area and so many stores nearby. The hotel is always so clean and the employees are also great! The best part are the beds and how comfortable they are! We love it so much and always have a great experience here. Thank you all. ”

“Hotel was dingy. The lobby is extremely small and still had a Christmas center piece on the table. The hotel is not staffed 24/7. I had to check out early for a flight and the gate for the desk was down. I had to get a blanket from the desk before bed and had a difficult time finding the correct door to the lobby (there was no signage for that door or the elevator). No tissues, cups, or coffee maker in the room. Horrible hotel.”
