Resort con appartamenti a Beach Cities Orange County

“Well we had to move the first night. We were pretty sure that room was a breeding ground for mosquitoes. So we move to a room that night but all they had was two double beds. It was only Friday night. Then we got moved again to a king bedroom Saturday night. They did good by moving us. We just got on the wrong side of the hotel. Very loud environment with kids running crazy around the pool. We will be back but I will never stay on that side of this hotel. And we’ve been here 5-6 times before.”

“I would like to highlight an exceptional customer service and a great work of the hotel staff. We arrived at the first noght of heal wave. It was really hot in the room. It was a late evening already and we contacted the hotel staff. They did everything to make us comfortable, they offered to move to another room, offered three additional vents… they were really trying to help us.
