Hotel a Bedford Heights

“Front desk not welcoming. Room had no microwave, no clock, the phone did not work. Our room was on the 5th floor farthest away from front desk. No luggage trolly in the building, we schlepped our luggage quite a distance. Could not bring our cooler to the room as a result. No working ice machine on our floor. Toilet would not flush properly... disposed toilet paper to waste basket instead. My end table was sticky. Fridge barely cool. Except for that...the breakfast was good as was the...

“Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed.”

“This hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing and so friendly! There was not one employee that we passed that did not greet us or ask how we were. That made us feel very welcome! The breakfast was great, so much to choose from. We also loved that they had a fountain coke machine. Our only complaint is that the rooms are not very sound proof. You could hear the rooms next to yours toliets flush, shower running, and talking. Despite that issue, we would stay again because of the hotels other...

“The reservation was made through Expedia, with notes to have 2 cribs available upon arrival. I called the hotel to confirm prior to flying in. That night, upon checkin, they did not have any cribs as promised. But luckily, they were able to find a couple pack and plays. I had to request additional bedding several times, but kept getting sheets rather than blankets/pillows. There were numerous miscommunications. Other than that, the trundle bed in the "suite" was stained with urine marks. ...

“I checked in late in the evening and only stayed one night. The AGM checked me in, she was very kind and attentive even though it was so late. I had a king room on the first floor, it was clean and comfortable. Room service knocked an hour before checkout to see if I needed anything before heading out. Checkout was also smooth and the morning staff was just as kind as the night before. I slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food selections. I would stay here again and recommend. ”

“The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.”
