“Staff were great. Lumber and decking materials laying about pool area. Possibly left by work being done around deck. Green algae in pool. Property shows its age.”

“Stains throughout on the carpet. A bit dated and run down but fine for a budget hotel. Outdoor Hotel location was great, beautiful courtyard right on Lake Erie. Helpful staff.”

“Property was newly renovated 2 years ago and looks very nice. Hotel manager was very friendly and accommodated an early check in for us. The best morning, she helped us after we kicked ourselves out of the room safe. Restaurant is very popular and caused parking issues on Friday and Saturday night. On Saturday, we arrived back at the hotel around 7 and had to leave and drive around for an hour until a parking spot opened up.”

“this hotel does not even deserve one star. The rooms were dirty/ filthy The bathroom door hit the toilet when you opened and closed the door. The toilet seat was loose The bathroom sink was plugged up and disgusting difficult to get clean linen's the staff were not friendly at all the pool opened late and closed early and the bars around the pool also closed early not even sure if they both were open we had two rooms reserved. They were supposed to be next to each other. however, they...
