“The rooms smelled pretty musty and the bedding was damp feeling. Staff was courteous.”

“Our toilet got plugged. I went to the front desk and the woman said the owner would be in shortly. I asked if tere was a bathroom I could use and she said NO! She said she had a plunger . So I did it myself. Also our bathroom light didnt work. They came and changed the bulb. Owner said it's probably a ballst. Light went out next use.”

“This motel is under construction. No dining, no pool. Doors leading in to building had no locks, no security. Had 3 rooms, all were different---mirror on wall in one, mirror leaning on wall in one, none in third. No instructions on how to use TV. Towels/wash cloths were not replaced, dingy in color. Shower curtain yellowing on bottom. Bathrooms were dirty. Drain in one bathtub took 5 minutes to empty. Hair dry in one, none in the other two. Only one chair in each room. No staff to speak off....

“Stains throughout on the carpet. A bit dated and run down but fine for a budget hotel. Outdoor Hotel location was great, beautiful courtyard right on Lake Erie. Helpful staff.”

“Great pool and fun atmosphere. I personally wouldn't chose this place for small children but that could be said for the whole island.”

“Staff were great. Lumber and decking materials laying about pool area. Possibly left by work being done around deck. Green algae in pool. Property shows its age.”
