Motel a Central Austin

“The room absolutely reeked of cigarette despite ordering a non-smoking room. My throat itched the entire night and I could barely sleep because of this. And with no one at the front desk at night there was no way to get help.”

“Rooms smelled of stale smoke, light switches did not work, shady characters all over parking lot, noisy as people argued throughout the night, random people banging on doors throughout night. Did not feel safe at all so I put table against the door to try and get some sleep.”

“I didn't stay at this nasty roach motel the police were there as soon as I pulled in there were homeless people all over the place the staff was rude and then I couldn't didn't feel safe enough to stay there and had to find another place to stay and then they charge my card I want my money back!!!!”

“The staff was very helpful, considerate, and professional. The room was clean. Icemaker was brand new, but was giving staff problems. Have to go back in an hour or two. Had to wait for laundry to get washcloths and hand towels, but this was only a 45 minute inconvenience. I realize this is a low cost hotel, so I am not criticizing them for keeping material costs low, as well. Just noting the scheduling delay. Their people were doing their absolute best to fix both issues, which I greatly...
