Motel a Central Austin

“The air conditioner worked well, but it was loud and cycled on often.”

“The front desk and manager were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the area is not safe, our room was not cleaned or beds made, others rooms were not clean or made as well. I felt bad for the manager and front desk person. They did give us a refund and we ended up staying in a more expensive nice hotel downtown. We were just passing the so thought a clean inexpensive hotel would be perfect, unfortunately this wasn’t it.”

“Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we turned right around and booked somewhere else. The room smelled strongly like urine, there were bugs everywhere, and the pillow had visible stains on it. The door lock was barely attached and didn’t feel secure at all, which was honestly concerning. On top of that, several things in the room were broken or missing. “DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the example of why you should never book a nonrefundable room. I am in Austin to work overnights. I booked through Expedia and then called at around 0645 . I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to".
