“We were given a "newly renovated" room which obviously didn't have a final inspection. The faucet in the bathroom was extremely loose and when the handle was lifted it came completely off. The hot water in the nook with the coffee maker, etc wasn't connected so no hot water here. And no hot water in bathroom sink. There were no bath towels, tv by the bed was not working, exposed electrical outlet by tv, commode seat was loose and wouldn't tighten up, and the floor needed sweeping. On the plus...
