“We had a great stay at Crossroads. However, when we checked in we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. 4pm checkin already is a little late, so waiting around another 1.5 hours not knowing when the room would be ready was a bit of a pain. It was made worse by Pippin closing at 4pm for a private event, so we basically had to sit around while we waited. “ We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure...

“The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!”
