Case in affitto a Centro di San Diego

“We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us!”

“I had a great time staying with rental with a view, everything was labeled so precisely that it made finding some objects really helpful. The house guide and instructions were also very thorough. This location I stayed at was right next to the 5 freeway which made access to several parts of San Diego very convenient. I really appreciated that Daniel was able to grant us an extra hour of checkout to give us some more time to finish packing! The rental with a view team was very quick with their...

“The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place”

“The owner is very responsive and that’s a definite plus. Property was definitely smaller than the pictures made it look. Ran into a drainage problem with the shower but the owner came right out while we were touring the city, and fixed it. Towels was a slight issue (not enough) but was quickly resolved. Found some ants is a few spots but I take it that’s a seasonal thing because the property had plenty of ant repellents on hand. All in all not a bad stay.”

“Very responsive!”

“We had some initial challenges locating the property and the owner was responsive and helpful. Finding and accessing the unit via the alley way was a little odd and the narrow pathway from the gate to the front door of the unit made it tough with large or heavy bags. Overall the VRBO had the bare minimum that was needed for the stay, but there were some bugs and very little noise insulation between this unit and the other rental sharing a wall with this one. There were also mild signs of water...

“This is my second time staying in this spot and it’s perfect! Everything went as planned and was a great, will definitely book again.”
