“We had an issue with our room and the staff were very accommodating. They set up a new room and allowed us to wait in the restaurant area, have dinner, and then go to our new room. The hotel concierge, the manager, Thomas, our server, along with the elevator repair guys and the lady manager at the restaurant were all very nice and extremely helpful. It turned a hectic day into a very pleasant evening. ”

“I wish I could give a review of my stay but due to several flight delays and cancelation, my husband and I could not make it. When I reached out, the agent was extremely helpful and understanding. For that alone, should we have to connect through DFW, we will choose this option due to the proximity to the airport and the customer service. ”

“I stayed here with my friends for the Xdinary Heroes concert and the staff were very friendly! I loved how it was just a quick 5-7 minute walk to the venue. I would definitely stay here again if there were another artist coming to the same area. I also think the price was great for three people and one night! The parking fee was also cheaper than other hotels I’m aware of that are really close to venues like that. ”
