“Good position and hospitality, but old room”

“Very convenient for walking to the Reds game. Staff was helpful and polite.”

It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top ! “You can’t even sleep I feel like I’m on the road and you can listen to the the next room people snoring walking all night I didn’t got any sleep the service was terrible the breakfast was terrible too I had a bad experience the bed too was not good at all”

“This hotel was not in the best location. The hotel was old and needed a lot of renovation. The hallway and room had a horrible odor. I did but feel safe in the hotel nor leaving my car in the parking garage. I immediately checked out an hour after arriving the manager was not accommodating in reimbursing my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Cool historic building with great views of the city. The room was just "ok." Hard floors everywhere in the room that left all of the kid's socks black on the bottom. HVAC in the room was hit or miss. Seemed like it would get a few degrees above where it was set before it would come back on. Made for a hot night with lots of waking up. Lock on the bathroom door was falling out of the wall and did not work. Not much of a restaurant on site. Do not expect to feed kids there.”

“Our room was spacious but somewhat shabby and musty: the curtains were torn and dirty, the couch had stains on it and the AC/heater in the bedroom didn't work. The room smelled of mildew and you couldn't open the windows to air it although we did run the fan when it was warm enough outside to. The staff were responsive and offered to move us as the AC/heater couldn't be fixed during our stay but they didn't have an available room in our desired configuration, so we stayed.
