“This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We were looking for a beautiful area with a very private setting and we found it!! Far exceeded our expectations. Very good hosts and beautiful land to hike around. The front porch of the cabin overlooks the Ohio River at a distance. Our only wish is we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this cabin!!”

“Property was amazing, nestled in the rolling hills of northern KY. Any of the three tree houses will not disappoint and the hiking trails were fantastic (and a workout). All the amenities you need to rest, relax and recharge. ”

“The cabin was just great. It was quiet and peaceful. The actual cabin had everything you need. The lake is just down the way and there is a dock where you can go out on the lake if you want. I hope to be able to go back next year. Beautiful place!”

“This home was perfect for the 6 of us. Our family had a blast cruising around the farm and visiting the animals. Our kiddos did a lot of exploring. Scott was so helpful with answering all of our questions and providing maps of the property. The home had everything we needed and more. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc - things many rentals don’t provide. There kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to cook meals as if we were at home. The...

“Very nice and well designed treehouse! The only downside is you're on the side of a steep hill so the area where the firepit is can be a little awkward. Otherwise, great place. The two other treehouse looked really nice as well. Highly recommend it.”

“What a neat property! Holly was a very attentive and kind host. The house had everything we needed; our kids absolutely loved seeing the rabbits and the cattle and even got to feed to cows. The barn area with the games was also a neat touch. Outside of the winding roads, it’s an easy drive to the Ark. The only downside is that the front bedroom is very close to the road which made us a little nervous for the kids to sleep in it, but otherwise this was a perfect stay! ”

“Cute cabin. The bathroom is a little issue for me. I knew the setup and was ok with it, but didn't realize I had gotten older! The trip in the middle of the night was a little harrowing. Overall great property. Good communication! Had a great time!”
