“Loved the fresh linens and overall room cleanliness! Unfortunately, the only thing off was that our supposed non-smoking room reeked with cigarette smell!”

“Both the AC and the freezer were broken. The AC had a weird sign on it explaining to not set it below 65 and that it takes to cool off and only move it 2 degrees at a time... This is code for we know this is broken but we're not doing anything about it. The room was probably 85 degrees. Elevator was in rough shape, hallways were dingy. The pictures online made this place look way better than it is.”

“we got to the hotel and was told check in was at 3pm, when i mentioned that Expedia itinerary said 2pm, the front desk said ok, 2pm. we left and came back at 2pm. we were given the room 121 key. i open the door and the beds were not made; there is towels on the floor in the bathroom and the floor is not clean. i got ahold of the housekeeping girl, she said oh one moment and went to the office. the phone rang in the room; my husband answered and was told to move over to the next room 120. that...

“It is a decent place to stay for the price. Room is clean with microwave and fridge/freezer. The AC unit is very loud for anyone who is a light sleeper. Room does have an odor. Breakfast is box of Costco danish/pastries. Coffee and waffle machines were broken. Affordable price for a place to sleep for the night.”
