“Breakfast was good, but breakfast room is too small and outdated to the point of shabbiness. No trays or paper napkins available, much too crowded. The guest room was clean, but again, quite outdated. Poor lighting, very dim, nowhere with enough light for putting on contact lenses or makeup. “Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed ”

The hospitality truly stood out, everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. “Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....
