“Outdated hotel for the price. Mold in corners of bathroom, toilet handle broke since it was rusted. Staff checking in were not friendly.”

“Good quite place to stay”

“Staff was very helpful. Room could use some updating but was clean.”

“Our stay was almost perfect! Our only complaint was there was broken glass on the floor when we got there and we stepped on it.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again.”

“Breakfast was good, the room was ok. Too bad they do not have double bed lake view.”

“I went here on a boys trip and we stayed for an extended weekend. Great location for being close to downtown hot springs and the water. The staff was very friendly greeting us when we arrived and left. Definitely an above average breakfast and the room was spacious for 4 men.”

“Property was very nice, clean. Staff professional. No issues at all during our stay.”

“Great location, staff was accommodating, rooms were comfortable. Rm 305 mattress was too worn, I kept rolling towards the middle. Breakfast was okay. I prefer fresh eggs and the sausage seemed like it was prepared in a microwave.”

“The property was very clean and in a great location. My only issue was the mattress. It had a huge dip on one side. I feel like it was probably just old. Luckily we had a king so there was room to move towards the middle.”

“The staff was very pleasant and hotel was clean to the eye. Very convenient location and breakfast was good. My problem was I booked a non smoking room because smoke irritates my eyes but the room I got smelled of stale cigarette smoke so clearly some of the rooms could use a good deodorizer or at least a odor removal treatment. I reported it to the front desk but because there were no other available rooms, I was pretty much stuck with it, I was provided with a room freshener spray which I was...

“Check in person was not very sociable! Not quite grumpy.. but close👎 room was basic , but fine.”

“The property itself was fine, but the front desk staff (especially Robyn) were super helpful throughout.”

“Great location, very clean, great parking lot.”

“Furniture was torn, stuffing falling out, bathroom door did not fully close used downstairs restroom. Had a sofa bed but front desk refused to provide pillows or blanket when requested. Said there were none. Main Entrance overhead outdoor light flashed entire stay. Elevator was not working when we arrived. Will not stay here again.”

“We had a lovely relaxing stay at this property. The staff at this property were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the views of the lake. The two things that could have improved our stay would have been the availability of a king size bed and some improved quality in the hot breakfast. ( Next time, I will get two queens!). As to breakfast, it did have the usual hot choices, waffles, and oatmeal and had a unique “breakfast sandwich” concept, but I wasn’t a big...
