“I will never stay here again! I booked a suite room with jetted tub, was looking forward to that and a pool. Well.... I got neither! Had to have staff vacuum and freshen room up before would go in there. Room got freshened upped I would say, I went to front and gave front desk a thank you. . Not sure when last time the carpets have been cleaned anywhere. Went back to room, went to check out jetted tub. Seen tub still had scum from previous guests before myself. Just went to store and grabbed...
