Had to hold up the toilet seat with my leg to pee because it would not stay upright when lifted. The refrigerator had standing water in it like it was defrosting. The bath tub drain plug was broken.”

“Staff is great as always. This last time I was in a room that was partially remodeled, some issue with contractors or owners or something. It was explained to me as a placeholder room until renovations could continue and be finished. I asked for top floor and that’s where the room renovations begun so it’s as much me as them.”
