“The first word that comes to mind is "EW". Walking in the lobby has a funky smell, like the pool water is attempting to mask an odor. I loved the main lobby, it was beautiful but dang did that smell ruin it. Overall, the gut feeling I got here was NOT it. I checked out my room and the smell was similar to a grandparents house but they smoke a pack a day inside. The area was NOT it either. I should have looked into the area better because as a solo traveler I did NOT feel safe. I went to get...

“The hotel was being renovated while we stayed, so a lot of the amenities were unavailable. It was a bummer that their website didn’t say that the entire ground floor was underwater construction. HOWEVER the staff were amazing, very funny and helpful - they were making the best out of the lack of a lobby, and they are the reason I’ll definitely be back after the renovations :)”

“The room i was in needed some work done like the bathroom door and above the sink. TV remote wouldn't work either. But other then that the bed was very comfy”

“The property was well located for my purposes. The room was clean. The exterior (windows) are apparently being renovated. Four wheel drive lifts were present and being used at the time of my stay. Unfortunately, they blocked the entrance most suitable for access to my room. The parking area has deteriorating asphalt which definitely needs maintenance. Although there is no nearby restaurant, the in-house restaurant was not open for dinner. I would likely have used it, had it been available.”

“Nice location near Mass Street, and the staff was very kind and helpful! But the property is simultaneously nice and also not….nice furniture and bedding, but some of our pillows didn’t have cases. Clean room, but the fridge still had old food in it from a previous guest. The lobby AC was being repaired (and staff apologized for this & gave out water), but there were many water stained ceiling tiles.”

“The room was large with efficient a c. Large bathroom and good quality toiletries. All staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Close to WALMART (10 minutes walk) and a lot of places to dine as menu in hotel limited (15mins walk) Good steakhouses also nearby.”
