“The hotel layout is kind of like a maze, strange. It looks a little worn, could be maintained better. Our room had an unpleasant musty smell. Breakfast was ok, too greasy for our taste. We liked the location, the pool and the exercise room. The staff was friendly.”

“Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other...

“1. There was not clerk in the front desk 2. There was very bad smell in the room. 3. Everyday the AC was turned off when I back my room. 4. Monday morning, when I going to leave, they turned alveolar off. I have to carry my luggage down from fourth floor twice.”
