Resort a Disney's Boardwalk

“Pool area was fun with ping pong. Nice changing area and supply of towels. I did have an order delivered from Walmart but for some reason no one could find it. Waited while they looked, then they said they’d call when they located it , but never received that call. Wasted money on goods not found.”

“My family and I stayed June 7th, 2026. The resort is very nice, clean, and my family and I enjoyed the waterpark, but all that is tainted because of this incident…I forgot articles of clothing on the balcony that I left out to dry. I called the same day I checked out in hopes that the cleaning crew could put it in their Lost and Found because the items could have picked it up that same day, however, that’s not what happened. “This property has quickly become one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The only thing that I don’t understand, this hotel was never this expensive, once the rate drops I will be visiting again.”
