“Great location and comfortable beds. Parking was extremely difficult. Reserved a spot through Parkade, and every single time we left someone parked in our spot. Could chose a different spot on the app, but too small for our car.”

“Only grievance is submitting a photo of driver ID to complete booking - through a 3rd party website. The idea of having my license scanned on a website outside of Expedia is not something I’m keen on. And unfortunately there is no check in process that I would allow to show it to someone like at a hotel. Otherwise great stay and deal!!”

“I’m disappointed because I saw this was a VIP expedia property but nothing about the experience reflected that. They seemed confused when I mentioned my gold expedia status. The hotel smelt like cigarette smoke despite no smoking policy (I even notified the building and it didnt help). The room + pool was small and underwhelming. The front desk worker was really nice though and stored our luggage after leaving which I really appreciated!”
