“The room was clean but small and poorly organized for travelers. We stayed 4 days and never saw housekeeping. There were no garbage bags in our trash cans when we arrived and our garbage was overflowing when we left. There were 2 ice machine for the whole hotel and 1 was broke. There were 2 elevators and 1 was broken. Our toilet was running and when we reported it to the front desk the clerk told us “Hey, it’s not my hotel.”But the hotel WAS clean although I’m not sure how they kept it clean...

“The staff at this facility were amazing - so helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was OK - the mini quiches were a bit greasy but the make your own waffles bar looked good. Our room was clean. The little things that irked me were: the ice machine on our level wasn't working; the drinking fountains in the work out room weren't working; and the coffee in the dining room was terrible. BUT, overall, things were fine.”
