“The room was clean, staff was wonderful breakfast was delicious. They had fresh coffee and cold/hot water available 24/7 in the lobby which we enjoyed immensely. Overall, it was good. It was the little things that I was struggling with. They only had a microwave in the lobby and many people struggled to use it. “From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. We had four of us my husband and I and our son were going to sleep in the king bed and the other adult was going to sleep on the couch. “It was a little awkward as I am disabled and the person at check in asked if I “really needed an accessible room.” I had a spinal cord injury and can’t really walk. The room was not ready even though we checked in over an hour over check in time.”

Exercise area was a pleasant surprise. Can do an entire cardio and strength workout easily. Breakfast was super with healthy options available.”
