“I had the plan to enjoy your hotel with my family in San Diego…but your hotel was in construction, and when I make the reservation nobody tell me about it… workers were leaving there, your pool was closed… your building was dirty because the construction that you didn’t say anything… I flying in for 3 nights… we have to find another place to hang out. Your staff was unfriendly… “yes, no… I don’t know”… the Jorge guy was … “ why you need my name???”… And told me he is paying for speak English...

“The Springhill Suites in Escondido were great. The room was quite large and clean. The hotel is located near many places to eat that are walkable. Definiteley recommend if you are in Escondido”

“The rooms are pretty small. They promote them as being renovated, but it looks like “property management special.” They just painted over everything that was old. I’m assuming. The bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking pipes or urine on the wall or something. Would not be staying here again. Good location though.”
