“Room is not nice I was fooled by the photos. Our room looked nothing like our tiny room. Park way at the back. Stairs were wet and I ended up falling. Stairs to upstairs long and narrow. Worse was the evening staff. She did not care that I fell. Did not care I lost my license and refused to accept my husband’s. Morning was better, breakfast was good and the staff was much nicer. I won’t book here again.”

“I have stayed at conventional hotels in the past, but they were full for the dates of this conference, so found the hotel through Expedia. My next trip - I'll be back there. The rooms are spacious. It is quiet. The breakfast is lovely, (but doesn't start until 8 a.m.) The staff go out of their way to be helpful. The bed was comfortable. It is close to mst things down town. Highly recommended.”

“We didn't have anything included in our stay except a one-time 15 dollar credit for the attached restaurants, Denny's and Moxies. We were there 5 nights, so that seems a bit cheap. There was no breakfast or airport shuttle included. We had to cab it both ways, about another 120 dollars. We ended up walking to the nearest grocery store and buying our breakfast foods. Denny's and Moxies were both pricey. I was sure they had a shuttle, but apparently I was mistaken. The room size was adequate,...
