“Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. “Staff were lovely - breakfast was great”

“Lauren was very helpful, patient and kind as we arrived very late and yet she made us feel extremely welcomed. The room itself was fairly clean, and we wish that we could have enjoyed the balcony more - but it was a very quick stay. Would return for similar, as it perfectly suited our needs”

“Amazing staff, clean space, comfortable room and good food too. The only thing is the electric system that tends to make really alot of noise as if there was a voltage overload. We unplugged the fridge due to the heaviness of it and even the TV+ climatize air made this huge sound that wakes us up at night. If it was not that, it would have been a 5star note.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Seemed safe - room key is required for the elevator. Nice sized room and bathroom. The vent did not seem to be working as it steamed up (we did not report this). Good selection/options for the continental breakfast. Plenty of convenient parking. Good location - less than 15 minutes to the airport and less than 30 minutes to Cape Spear.”

“it is close to teh center but in a more relaxed area so it is fine. The perhaps only inconvenience is that they are just in front of the supply vessels going to the oil platforms”

“Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!”
