“Excelente opción para llegar a descansar después de los Parques Xcaret, propiedad muy tranquila, excelente atención por parte de Fernando y Fanny. Incluye el Desayuno que estaba muy rico y la alberca aunque pequeña estaba limpia y muy fresca.
Por la noche puedes cenar Pizza a la Leña o algunas otras opciones de menú del Restaurante Emilio’s, también muy rico!
Hay monos alrededor que se acercan por la
Mañana si les ofreces algo de fruta.
Sin duda una excelente opción !! ”

I loved that the room came with daily complimentary water, drinks ( sodas, juice, beer), snacks and free room service.
Staff was so friendly, patient and genuine.

“Stayed 6 nights and 7 days. Rooms stayed cool with strong air conditioning, no bugs, and comfortable beds. The shower clogged once but maintenance fixed it quickly. Check-in took longer than expected as we had to repeat our king room request, and when we arrived our key bracelets did not work and had to be reprogrammed.
The resort is beautiful with lush gardens, winding jungle paths, parrots and coatis, multiple pools, and a private beach cove with a buffet on the upper level and a seawater pool...

“This was my second time at Palmaïa. It’s peaceful, wellness-focused, and full of positive energy.
There was a small room mix-up, but the staff fixed it. Everyone is warm and thoughtful.
I’m picky with food, and LEK was my favorite this time, unique and healthy. The birthday cake wasn’t great, but the coconut water in the room was amazing! I also love the Kuxtal cocktail, it’s vibrant and full of flavor.

“Antes era un motel "Chocolate", está afuera de la ciudad y no pasa el colectivo, hay que caminar bastante para llegar a la parada del camión. La propiedad está muy bien distribuida, tiene una alberca bastante grande, todo es muy limpio y bonito, solo la ubicación es la que no es agradable”

Safe needs to be fixed.
Rug has to go. No need in a warm place like Playa.
It would be better if the occupier can create their own entry code.
