“I stayed at the La Quinta near the Austin airport and had a very disappointing experience.
The biggest issue was the lobby restroom. After flushing the toilet, the toilet seat suddenly became extremely hot and steam started coming out of the bowl. The water appeared to be boiling hot, almost like it was connected to a water heater. I’ve never seen anything like that before, and it honestly startled me enough that I jumped up because I was worried about getting burned.
