“My advice… don’t stay. Find a different Best Western. We have stayed at several and this one was not very good. The bed felt like you were laying in a trench. Don’t waste your money. Plus, there’s no sign to be easily seen as to where it is located. Bad experience… we won’t be back.”

“The room we were checked into was very moldy smelling. They moved us into a new room with a strong smell but it wasn’t moldy smelling. The couple of times we needed something we had to chase the manager down outside the hotel, he was never at the desk. We had to ask at the desk for towels for the pool per the signage at the pool room. One of the cleaning ladies eventually came by the front desk and helped me because the manager had disappeared again. I had been looking for him for ten minutes. I...
