“Neat clean and spacious”

“Rooms did not look clean and lots of maintenance needed. Mold on ceiling in bathroom , holes in the walls. The rooms had an odor.”

“We booked for July 29. Check in was at 4:00. We arrived at 4:30 and were told along with others that no rooms were ready and that they were still being cleaned. We didn’t get to get a room until 6:30. We were in town for the Chris brown and usher concert that night. So we had to rush and get ready. It was horrible. Hotel could use some updating. Hallway smells like old smoke.”

“I had a great stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses behind, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They quickly located them and even mailed them back to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!”
