“The bathroom flooded at an inconvenient time. I informed the front desk. The toilet runs constantly and didn’t flush. I was transferred to this room due to the previous room being right across the elevator which is loud. The buffet breakfast isn’t buffet, it’s eggs and sausage links/patties all week no other options outside of toast, bagels, and coffee…I definitely was disappointed with this Hyatt.”

“Friendly service from the moment we walked in and the rooms were spotless and the complimentary breakfast was exceptionally delicious and a great selection of items to choose from! Very quiet but in the entertainment district lots of shops, restaurants, etc”

“Yes...shuttle service arranged by night shift forxearly morn flight was excellent.”

“Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors ”

“For breakfast they had omelets and over hard eggs. It was a nice change for the watery scrambled eggs everyone else serves. The pool was freezing but that didn't stop the kids from swimming. ”

“This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...
