“We really enjoyed the Impressions section of this resort, and it significantly influenced my overall review. The layout of the resort is very nice, and our Ocean View room was beautiful. Our butlers were outstanding as well.
However, the resort became overcrowded from Thursday to Sunday, making it nearly impossible to get a drink at any bar on the property. We often had to retreat to the Impressions lobby and their restaurant upstairs. I wasn’t particularly fond of the suggested reservation...

“Overall good for last minute find. Rooms were dated, and bars close at 6pm for all inclusive. Pool area and beach area subpar. Waterpark not that amusing for kids 8 and up. Half of the bigger slides were working. Kayaks only for singles and over 16yo. Restaurants advertised are inaccessible per reservation app so pls to have all meals in the main dining area. Talked to several guests and they were having the same problem. Maybe you’ll have to sit down for an hour or so with a property/timeshare...

“I am seriously missing my ocean view room. This hotel is an absolute gem and my new favourite spot in Mexico. The hotel, staff and location make this place really special. It’s right on the ocean and beside a jungle which makes for a tranquil experience. The food is outstanding and the service was excellent. It’s not a massive resort so I was always able to find a beach chair without issue. The town is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and I felt very safe with my 7 and 10 year old. Very relaxing...

“Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. The balcony was okay, the view is the doors to other hotel rooms...

“we stayed at Jungala Hotel, Great property, the rooms are spacious and clean, hotel has daily shows at the Mexican town, forgot what is called, the water park was awesome, our kids had a blast. Melani our concierge went above and beyond to make our stay superior, she really stand out and made the difference. Would definitely come back. ”
