“Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again.”

“Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. ”

“I stayed at this hotel 4 nights for a business trip. The entire stay was disappointing. I was told the room could only be cleaned every three days, but that this was not guaranteed because they were having trouble with housekeeping. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. The hallways and stairways were unvacuumed and most rooms had bags of garbage piled outside the doors. My sink had no drain cover, just an open hole with a slow drain.
