“We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel....

“I had a bad experience. I made my reservation and paid through Expedia because it said they had rooms available. I arrived with my family and to my surprise, they told me there were no rooms available, and they didn't offer a solution or refund my money.”

“The room was absolutely disgusting, nothing like the pictures. Was supposed to have a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The bed was as hard as a board, and the pull out couch/bed look like they just fished it out of a dumpster. You couldn’t even sleep on it because of how dirty it was. When I went to complain all that was said was “well no one normally sleeps in it and was just giving extra blankets to cover it up. Half of the lights and plugs in the room didn’t work. Highly...

“Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. ”

“It wasn’t fancy, it was okay. The you lady at the front desk when I was checking out was Amazing. I had lost my ring and when I called back, she went down and checked in our room and held it for me until I was able to get back to them later that day.”

“Great place to take the family, but snack bar isn't open until after 4pm and the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the common areas could use some standard upkeep and a cleaning routine. ”

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

“We booked this location three months ago and traveled five hours to be informed there were no rooms available. The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again.”
