“Quando siamo arrivati in orario da check in l’hotel era chiuso a chiave. Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in.
