“The hotel is old, my room was dirty. The furniture is old with stains. I had a broken chair in my room, also there was a strong curry smell in the hallways, the curry smell is masked with scented cleaner but it's still comes through. The towels are very thin as well. The website advertise a bar but there's no bar anymore. I will never stay here again. However the staff was very nice.”

“Great staff but room wasn’t good”

“Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....

“Quite and clean”

“I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay ”
